Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time home care role in Greenville, NC. The position includes direct patient care in the client’s residence and coordination of care under supervision.

The schedule is three days per week, 12 noon to 5 pm, with competitive pay and benefits. The CNA will follow the Plan of Care, assist with activities of daily living, transfers, hygiene, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• Strong communication skills (reading, writing, following directions).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by the agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV timekeeping procedures.
