Action Health Staffing in Greenville, NC is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work as a Staffing Coordinator in a part-time role. Shifts are 3 days a week, from 12:00 to 17:00, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in the client’s residence and coordinate care plans. The role requires maintaining records, assisting with transfers, and following the Plan of Care under supervision, upholding patient confidentiality and safety.

Formación

• Must have DFS certification maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals with client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records per agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV tasks.
• Report questions or concerns to Action Health Staffing.
