Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville, NC. The position runs 3 days per week from 12 noon to 5 pm, with excellent pay and benefits noted.

The CNA will provide home care services to patients at their residences, perform basic nursing tasks, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain patient records while following the Plan of Care and using EVV for timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Physical ability to lift and move clients up to 50 lbs.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Help with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Offer companionship and engaging activities.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain complete and accurate records and report changes.
• Follow Plan of Care and complete EVV tasks as required.
• Report concerns promptly and uphold patient confidentiality.
