Job summary

Action Health Staffing in Greenville, NC seeks a dependable CNA for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role. The position schedules 3 days per week from 12:00 to 17:00 and offers excellent pay and benefits.

The home care CNA will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, assist with transfers, hygiene, meals, and daily living activities, and document care per plan of care and EVV requirements, while upholding patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care as assigned and follow care plans.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions with clear communication.
• Capable of lifting and performing physical tasks as required by clients.
• Demonstrates compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Maintain certification with applicable state agency (DFS).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with methods of transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and support daily living activities.
• Provide basic nursing care and implement prescribed plans under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client dietary needs and preferences.
• Offer companionship and engage in client-centered activities.
• Maintain accurate records and document changes per agency policies.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor and team.
