• Knowledge of medical community within Brevard County.
• Preference for candidates with established local referral sources.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to grow accounts and market share.
• Grow market share by obtaining referrals and participation in NHC program.
• Communicate with health care delivery team.
• Obtain and communicate face-to-face documentation to the agency.
