Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will design and supervise tailored treatment plans, conduct assessments, and mentor RBTs and BTs while maintaining data-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment programs based on data.
