Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is seeking a part-time in-home BCBA to supervise Behavior Technicians and oversee ABA programs across home settings. The role supports growth opportunities and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and update programs, ensure data collection accuracy, and collaborate with families and staff to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification and CT licensure.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism using ABA.
• Willing to supervise RBTs and student analysts as indicated by BACB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Behavior Technicians.
• Provide ongoing supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills.
• Conduct clinical assessments to guide programming based on ABA.
• Develop and update ABA programs based on assessments and data analysis.
• Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Oversee ABA program implementation, treatment fidelity, and data collection.
• Train staff and families on ABA principles.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and assist with insurance authorizations.
• Document client behaviors and progress using electronic data systems.
• Participate in trainings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
