Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is seeking a part-time in-home-based BCBA to oversee and guide direct ABA programming with Behavior Technicians. The role emphasizes supervision, client progress, and data-driven treatment plans, with opportunities for advancement.

The position offers flexible scheduling, no required weekends, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and reimbursement for mileage and expenses. Training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification and CT license.
Experience with children/adolescents with autism using ABA in clinic/school/home settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Behavior Technicians.
Provide supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills.
Conduct clinical assessments to guide programming based on ABA.
Develop and update ABA programs based on data analysis.
Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans as needed.
Oversee implementation of ABA programming including data collection.
Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis.
Complete monthly progress reports and reassessments for insurance authorizations.
Document child's behaviors and skill progress using electronic data collection software.
Participate in trainings to promote professional development and quality ABA services to clients.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with supervisory staff.
Maintain confidentiality of clients.
Maintain well-being of clients during treatment sessions.
Provide 1:1 supervision to student analysts pursuing BCBA/BCaBA.
