Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time position delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Massachusetts. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain progress records, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress
• Conduct assessments, skill acquisition training, and behavioral skills training
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and staff training
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality assurance and improvement initiatives
