Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking salaried BCBAs to deliver home-based ABA services in a part-time, 15-hour weekly role. You will supervise interventions, guide families, and collaborate with a regional clinical team to ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA license, have strong ABA experience, and can work 3–7 p.m. a few days per week in clients' homes. Competitive compensation and bonus programs accompany comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise intervention plans to change behaviors.
• Support clients as they acquire new skills and positive behaviors.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns on behalf of clients.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to the team of technicians.
• Move with children during sessions; physical activity includes lifting and assisting children.
