The role requires high school diploma, 1 year of telephone-based customer service, and the ability to work 3 days per week (2:30pm–12am) with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of telephone-based customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Able to use computer/phone for extended periods.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Initiative and strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transfer, and place calls using proper etiquette and greetings.
• Provide general information and assist external callers promptly.
• Respond to emergency codes following established procedures when applicable.
• Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor for all internal and external users.
• Utilize multiple software programs and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Support with all switchboard processes for emergency alarms and communications.
