You will supervise the delivery of security services on a specific shift, and serve as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, Field Operations Manager and security officers.

The role emphasizes coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines, with the ability to handle crisis situations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with the public.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs clearly and neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with required driving record for driving positions.

Responsibilities
