Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare-related business development or community outreach.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, organized and passionate about helping others.
• Driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Must be able to commute to multiple locations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Educate health care professionals, patients, and families about home care and senior living services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinate admissions with the team and obtain required documentation.
• Track leads and document activities in CRM; meet admissions and account goals.
• Attend community events and respond to customer concerns.
