Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Liaison to engage with hospitals, physician offices, and senior care communities across the Afton to Jackson region.

You will help generate referrals and admissions by building professional relationships with referral sources and payer networks. Role requires strategic marketing planning, strong communication, and the ability to travel within specified markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living facilities.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians, businesses, and community groups.
• Assist in establishing annual budget and marketing allocations; monitor resources within budget.
• Develop market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Maintain 50+ documented quality interactions weekly with referral sources and payers.
