Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Home Health & Hospice in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area to drive marketing and business development efforts.

You will manage referral sources, payers, and community partners while implementing strategies to support growth and community engagement. You will negotiate contracts, analyze markets, and support budgeting with clinical leadership, contributing to meaningful access to care and expanded services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support growth goals.
• Negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Supporting leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets.
• Promoting clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team.
