Job summary

KeystoneCare seeks a Healthcare Account Executive - Palliative & Hospice Services to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care within the community. The role targets relationship-driven healthcare sales with emphasis on referrals, partnerships, and patient-centered service.

This position requires collaboration with hospitals, physician groups, long-term care facilities, and other providers, traveling in the community to grow the referral network and support seamless transitions for

Qualifications

• Prior Healthcare industry experience, including Hospice/Home Health.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Well organized with strong prioritization.
• Reliable vehicle; driver's license and car insurance in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expands business reach through networking.
• Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
• Travels independently to meetings with referral sources and the public.
• Develops basic clinical knowledge to support KeystoneCare's marketing activities.
• Manages existing accounts to deepen partnerships.
• Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with care managers and physicians for seamless transitions.
• Provides regular updates to management on activities and upcoming marketing plans.
• Communicates at all levels with the healthcare community.
• Participates in community education and outreach events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
