Qualifications

• 18 years old or older (minimum)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment preferred or 1-year fitness experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and bid farewell to members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
• Handle phone calls promptly and provide accurate information to members.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Accept payments, give change, and provide receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures clearly and courteously.
