Job summary

Planet Fitness Portland, TN is hiring a Service Desk Associate to provide friendly member service, manage front desk operations, and support membership sales. You will greet members, answer questions, operate the POS system, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club.

Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and farewell on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and address member/guest concerns.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and input new members into the database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past-due accounts.
• Maintain front desk and assist with club housekeeping.
