Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience or 1-year fitness experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly.
• Provide telephone service; answer calls knowledgeably and accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to customers.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures clearly and helpfully.
