Qualifications

• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle phone inquiries and communicate policies clearly.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude.
• Maintain club cleanliness during shifts.
• Process payments, give receipts and drive promotions.
