Planet Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will greet members, manage the check-in process, and promote ongoing promotions while delivering friendly and accurate information.

The role requires a high school diploma and a customer service mindset in a fast-paced retail gym environment. This part-time position supports a rotating schedule, consistent visitor interactions, and a commitment to member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1-year Fitness experience
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Responsabilités

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner
• Respond to member needs and acknowledge all members promptly
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift
• Process payments, give change and receipts accurately
• Promote products and special promotions to drive revenue
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies clearly and courteously
