Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a part-time server for evenings to provide courteous dining service to guests in a fast-paced casino dining venue. You will take drink orders, deliver beverages and meals, and maintain a clean, organized dining area while following cash handling policies and venue standards.

Candidates should have at least one year of bartending or serving experience and complete Alcohol Awareness Training within two months.

Qualifications

• One year of previous bartending or serving experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Training required within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous dining service to guests.
• Take and fill drink orders and maintain a clean dining area.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Clear and reset tables for new seating adhering to venue standards.
• Learn venue menus and use suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Restock stations with glassware, beverages, napkins and other service items.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and high guest service standards.
