Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to ensure a positive guest experience. You will handle guest check transactions, assist with seating, reservations, and host interactions while upholding cash handling standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities include delivering prompt, courteous service, addressing guest questions and concerns, and working as part of a team with casino hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors to maintain high standards of guest

Qualifications

Previous cash handling experience is required.
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Handle guest check transactions in a prompt and courteous manner.
Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
Seat guests according to venue procedures and assist with reservations when required.
Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly and courteously.
Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
