Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a dining service team member to deliver courteous beverage and food service. You will take orders, maintain a clean dining area, and assist in restocking and guest needs with a focus on accuracy and speed.

The role requires prior bartending/serving experience and adherence to health and cash handling policies, with the ability to work across multiple outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Training with certification within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to guests.
• Take and fill drink orders and maintain dining area in a clean and neat manner.
• Adhere to established cash handling policies and procedures.
• Clean and reset tables per venue standards.
• Know venue menus and apply suggestive selling to enhance guest dining experience.
• Restock stations with glassware, silverware, beverages, napkins and other service items.
• Address guest questions and promptly resolve concerns per department standards.
• Work as part of Grand Casino associates to ensure efficient operation and health compliance.
