Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and warmly welcome event attendees.
• Assist with event setup, signage placement, and related tasks.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness, organization and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.
