Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking a part-time Guest Services Specialist in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on welcoming attendees, answering inquiries, and maintaining a safe, helpful environment for guests and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events. Criminal history evaluation and drug screening are required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or events experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist event attendees with their needs.
• Provide directions to facility and surrounding areas.
• Respond to questions and requests in a patient, efficient and courteous manner.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor information desks and assist ADA patrons as needed.
• Participate in training programs and complete administrative paperwork.
