Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport is seeking a friendly, energetic part-time Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle payments, answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams.

Paid training provided; no experience required. Hilton employee discounts and paid time off are available. Experience in hospitality or customer service is welcomed, and basic computer skills or PMS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; hotel software experience is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible part-time schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Paid training provided; no experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Check guests out and process payments accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to guest questions and take reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Use the PMS to manage reservations, room assignments, and billing.
• Share information about hotel amenities, attractions, dining, and transport.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow all safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
