The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Poplar Bluff, MO to help create a welcoming shopping experience and support the Store Manager with sales tasks.

You will greet Guests, handle POS transactions, assist merchandising, learn promotions, and uphold the Code of Ethics. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
