The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions at the POS, and assisting with merchandising.

This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods, with duties spanning from customer service to stock and display maintenance. No prior experience is required; training provided.

Formación

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to stand and walk in a retail environment.
• Good communication and guest-service oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is equipped to answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all of Buckle’s policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
