Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Saint Peters, MO for a part-time, on-site role. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise questions, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining store appearance and guest service.

This position offers flexibility with mornings, evenings, weekends and notable holiday periods; you will support store operations, merchandising tasks, and uphold Buckle’s policies and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable; uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics.
