Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a part-time Store Support Teammate in Fenton, MO. You will greet guests, help with transactions at the POS, and stay informed about promotions and policies. You’ll support merchandising tasks and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday days, with opportunities for team support and growth in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfort with helping customers and handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays up to 10 feet high.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming.
• Support Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser as needed.
