Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate for our Poplar Bluff location. This part-time role focuses on greeting guests, handling transactions at the POS, and keeping the store inviting and organized to support Buckle’s mission.

No previous experience is required, and the schedule can include mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak shopping days. Benefits apply after eligibility per Buckle policy.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate POS software to complete Guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays (up to 10 ft).
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, supporting Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
