The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate for a part-time, on-site role in Missouri. The teammate will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, and assist with merchandising while upholding Buckle’s policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and exchange policies.
• Monitor security risks and prevent or handle thefts.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Fulfill mission with high guest service and teamwork.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
