Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and know how to handle theft prevention.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays, price markdowns and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
