My Place Hotel Fargo, ND is seeking a motivated Guest Services Representative to serve as the central point for guests from reservation to checkout, ensuring a seamless stay.

You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with local information, manage calls, record charges, and support front desk operations while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. Part-time hours with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Welcome and greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and record charges.
• Guest Assistance: Provide information about the hotel, amenities, local attractions, and address guest concerns.
• Telephone Management: Operate the phone system, take/transfer calls, record messages, and manage wake-up calls.
• Financial Transactions: Process credit card authorizations, handle cash, and provide change.
• Administrative Duties: Keep the Night Audit Checklist and front desk logs up-to-date, report issues to GM.
• Safety & Security: Follow safety protocols, inspect the property, and ensure doors and lighting are secure.
• Loyalty Program Promotion: Promote Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to guests.
• Cleaning & Support: Help with cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, and snow/ice removal.
