Responsibilities

• Operate the phone system; take and transfer calls and messages.
• Maintain organized records, prep Night Audit Checklist, and report issues to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to guests.
