My Place Hotel in Bismarck, ND, is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the friendly first contact for guests from arrival to departure. The role emphasizes accurate recording of charges, efficient check-in/out, and promoting the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program.

You’ll assist with information on local attractions, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth guest experience through multitasking and professionalism. Part-time schedule offers varied shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and record charges.
• Provide information about hotel, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and churches; resolve concerns professionally.
• Operate the phone system, take messages, and manage wake-up calls with proper etiquette.
• Handle credit card authorizations, cash transactions, and provide change as needed.
• Prepare Night Audit Checklist and keep Front Desk logs up-to-date; report issues to GM.
• Adhere to safety protocols and inspect property for security and lighting.
