My Place Hotel Fargo is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the frontline contact from reservation to check-out, ensuring a seamless and welcoming stay for guests. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations, charges, and loyalty program details with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out and manage reservations.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options; address guest concerns professionally.
• Operate phone system, take messages, and manage wake-up calls.
• Handle cash, credit card authorizations, and record charges accurately.
• Maintain front desk records and report issues to the General Manager.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and stocking supplies as needed.
• Promote loyalty program Stay Rewarded to enhance guest loyalty.
