Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Garland, TX is seeking a part-time Greeter to provide an over-the-top customer service experience. You will greet guests, promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and help with front-end tasks while maintaining a friendly, professional appearance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication, organization, and initiative. This is a part-time, on-site position with benefits described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards with professional appearance and welcoming behavior.
• Check in merchandise for returns and assist vendor representatives with visitor logs.
• Keep entryways clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Assist in guest check-in for firearms/weapons per SOP (Greeters should not handle firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
