Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide information/direction.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses and promote programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Keep the work area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
