Bass Pro Shops in the United States is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and deliver an outstanding front-end experience. You will greet customers, promote CLUB Membership, assist with returns, check in vendors, and keep the entry area clean.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. Benefits include discounts and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling brand standards and dress code.
• Checks in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events and promotions and hand out materials.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assist with firearm guest check-in per SOP with Outfitter guidance.
