Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Houston seeks a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty to guide Bear Builders and drive store sales through Experience First behaviors. When not designated as Floor Leader, you operate as Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to daily store operations.

The role requires a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude to develop and support the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
