Job summary

AEO is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Peabody, MA to bring the brand to life in-store and create memorable shopping experiences. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products and building customer loyalty with every guest.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, while upholding company policies with integrity. You should be energetic, enjoy working with people, and be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Engage guests using a proven selling approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and fit recommendations.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Demonstrate teamwork and integrity in daily operations.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce and enroll guests in the loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across store areas to support customers and operations.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
