Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Millbury, MA to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with authenticity.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding policy.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
