Job summary

AEO in Hingham, MA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, help guests find products, and represent the AE and Aerie brands with energy and integrity.

You're friendly, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old. 40% off employee perk is mentioned in the post.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred and helpful for in-store interactions.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage guests.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model and build brand loyalty.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and loyalty program.
• Assist on Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and adhere to store policies.
