Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote AE/OFFLINE loyalty programs and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team goals and collaborate with coworkers.
