Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Peabody, MA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life every day. You will provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest concerns and supporting your team.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Loves AE and Aerie products and brand loyalty.
• Previous retail experience is a plus; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure store goals are met.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
