Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Salem, NH to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will be the face of our company, energize guests with product knowledge, and promote AE & Aerie offerings while staying true to our brand values.

You'll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for development and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• You’re at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to getting the job done.
