Job summary

AEO is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience daily. You will be the face of the company, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with each guest.

You will use the AE Selling Model, educate guests on product details, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed while upholding company policies and integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail experience helpful
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they need
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations
• Introduce theAE loyalty program and other brand channels
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy and maintain high service quality
