Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and provide top-notch front-end service. You will handle merchandise returns, assist with event promotions, and maintain a clean, safe entrance area.

You’ll also direct guests to services and inform them about promotions, while adhering to the store's dress code and professional standards. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops dress code and present a professional image.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns and log visitors/badges.
• Inform customers about events, sales, and promotions with promotional materials.
• Keep entryways and work areas clean, tidy, and safe for guests.
• Assist firearm check-in by alerting trained Outfitters (greeter not handling firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
